GOOD TO KNOW!

- Any cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by phone (040 5281180) 24 hours in advance.

- The rental price includes overalls, gloves, helmet, goggles, shoes, initial instruction and motor insurance.

SNOWMOBILE / MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TERMS:

- The device will be inspected and photographed if necessary so that there is no disagreement about possible compensation obligations.

- The renter is obliged to monitor the warning lights on the instrument panel, other devices on the snowmobile and act at his own discretion in order to prevent major defects.

- If the renter's intentional negligence can be proven, the renter is obliged to compensate for the repair in full.

- Any driving error is always the renter's responsibility, the amount to be compensated to the renter can be a maximum of €1,500 in the event of a crash (comprehensive insurance).

- If the snowmobile/motorcycle is damaged or a technical fault occurs during the rental period, we will try to agree on a solution that is satisfactory to both parties.

- The lessor will not necessarily arrange a new replacement device, but an interruption can be agreed as a financial compensation.

- If the renter himself is to blame for the interruption, the lessor's liability lapses.

- If the renter's intentional negligence can be proven, the renter is obliged to compensate for the repair in full without a maximum limit. (submerging the snowmobile in water / driving while intoxicated or participating in a competition).

- The renter is obliged to notify the owner of any defects he or she notices immediately (a fee of €300.00 may be charged for failure to notify).

- The renter is obliged to return the device to the renter at the agreed time or as agreed. If the device is not returned at the agreed time, the renter has the option to charge €100.00/each starting hour.

TECHNICAL FAILURE OF THE SNOWMOBILE/BICYCLE:

- In the event of a technical fault, the rental company will try to help as soon as possible free of charge.

BREAKDOWN OR CRASH:

- If the trip is interrupted due to the customer's own driving error or crash, the rental company has no direct obligation to come and help, but will try to help and the fee is €75.00/starting hour.

SNOWMOBILE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND PREPARATION FOR STARTING:

- Check that the snowmobile is not frozen to the ground (lift the skis and tracks).

- Wait for the snowmobile to warm up if it was started cold.

- Check that the lights are working.

- Check the brake function.

- Attach the “Safety Switch” to yourself.

- Check any malfunction lights and report them immediately.

- Snowmobiles may only be ridden on designated trails and on ice. Bicycles only on public roads.

The rental company is not responsible for any damage caused to the snowmobile/bicycle.

- Monitor the warning lights and engine temperatures on the snowmobile/bicycle instrument panel.

- The safety switch on the snowmobile must be closed when the driver is riding.

- Drive carefully and familiarize yourself with the characteristics of the snowmobile/bicycle to avoid damage.

Stopping driving:

- If you have loaded the snowmobile heavily, let it cool down for a while (approx. 1 minute).

- Clean the snowmobile as much as possible from snow.

- Remove the Safety Switch/Key from the snowmobile and take care of it.

- If you act contrary to the instructions mentioned above, you are liable for compensation in the event of a breakdown.
