1. The renter must have a valid driving license for the vehicle in question.

2. The maximum deductible in case of damage is €1,500/vehicle, unless otherwise agreed. The costs of any snowmobile breakdown are calculated according to the manufacturer's spare parts price list + hourly labor charges.

3. Fuel is not included in the rental price unless otherwise agreed. The vehicle is handed over with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. A fuel and refueling service fee of €25/vehicle + €2.5/l of fuel will be charged for an incomplete tank.

4. The renter must handle the vehicle and its equipment with care. Using the equipment for illegal purposes, as well as modifying the vehicle's structures or participating in competitions, is prohibited.

5. Riding equipment must be stored properly and must not be left on the vehicle due to its susceptibility to theft. The equipment must be handled with care and, in particular, the helmet must be avoided from falling to the ground.

6. The renter is obliged to replace the rented vehicle and equipment at their full value in the event of their breakage, loss, damage or in any other case where the equipment or vehicle experiences a decrease in value other than through normal wear and tear. He is also obliged to compensate for any damage to the vehicle in accordance with the deductible for each accident separately, unless the motor vehicle insurance of the other party to the accident covers it. If the damage has occurred intentionally, due to gross negligence, intoxication, etc., the renter undertakes to compensate for the damage caused in full, regardless of the amount of the deductible.

7. The renter is also liable for personal injury and property damage caused by him to the extent that they are not covered by statutory motor vehicle insurance.

8. The rented equipment must be returned in full as agreed. If the return is delayed beyond the agreed time without contact and agreement, the rental company has the right to charge full compensation for the costs incurred, as well as to charge a new starting daily rent for each starting rental day with a 50% increase. If the return has not occurred as agreed and the rental company has not been contacted, the police will be notified.

9. Handing over the vehicle to another person is prohibited

10. The rental price is paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Taking the vehicle outside the borders of Finland is prohibited without the rental company's written consent.

12. Repairs must always have the rental company's permission

13. Even if the renter returns the vehicle before the end of the rental period, he is not entitled to receive a refund of the rental price for unused time.

14. If the vehicle to be rented is a snowmobile, it will be handed over with a spare variator belt. If the belt breaks, the lessee must also return the broken belt. If the belt is not returned, the lessor will charge the full price of the new belt.

15. If it is a two-stroke snowmobile, the lessee must ensure the sufficiency, suitability and quality of the fresh lubricating oil. If the lessee neglects this obligation, he is liable for all damage caused by it. The vehicle is handed over with a full amount of lubricant and will be returned in the same condition unless otherwise agreed.
