If necessary, the renter will receive driving instruction and will also be shown how to take care of the snowmobile and equipment. The renter agrees to use the snowmobile carefully. The snowmobile may not be taken outside of Finland.
The renter will hand over the snowmobile with a full tank of fuel and the renter will hand over the snowmobile with a full tank of fuel (refueling at the nearest station). The fuel used in the snowmobile is 98 E. If necessary, the lessor will fill the snowmobile and collect the fuel fee on site. The snowmobile is rented in the condition it is in and returned in the same condition
The renter is responsible for all accidents, whether intentional or unintentional (2000e)
This snowmobile has mandatory motor vehicle insurance. The renter agrees to a 2000e deductible in the event of damage.

I declare that I am in good health and that I do not have any debilitating ailments that could endanger my own or others' health. I am not under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants during this rental. I participate in the sledding trip knowing the nature and possible dangers of this and I also accept it.

The renter is obliged to replace the rented vehicle and equipment at their full value in the event of their breakage, loss, damage or in any other case where the equipment or vehicle experiences a decrease in value other than through normal wear and tear. He is also obliged to compensate for any damage to the vehicle in accordance with the deductible for each damage case separately unless the motor vehicle insurance of the other party to the potential accident compensates for it. If the damage has occurred intentionally, due to gross negligence, intoxication, etc., the renter undertakes to compensate for the damage caused in full, regardless of the deductible amount.

The renter is also liable for personal injury and property damage caused to the extent that they are not covered by the statutory motor vehicle insurance

It is prohibited to hand over the vehicle to another person!

This is a two-stroke snowmobile, the lessee must ensure the sufficiency, suitability and quality of the fresh lubricating oil. If the lessee neglects this obligation, he is liable for all damages caused by it in full. The vehicle is handed over with a full amount of lubricant and returned the same unless otherwise agreed.

The rented device can be transported to the desired location throughout Finland according to the agreement (e.g. take it with you on a trip to Lapland), but if the snowmobile breaks down, e.g. due to a technical fault, the lessee must deliver the snowmobile back to the lessor's office himself

The rental includes 200 km of driving / day (Additional kilometers 0.60 € / km)

The rental includes a intact variator belt in place (Damaged belt must be delivered to the lessee or replaced)
