Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7), cooperating with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.

Payment Methods
Bank payments
You can use payment instruments from all Finnish banks based either on banks’ own eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces. You can pay with sc. payment buttons from Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, and Ålandsbanken. On your bank statement, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient; we forward your payment to the online merchant. You will be redirected from the online store directly to your own bank to complete the payment securely.
Credit Card payments
You can pay in the online store using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, and American Express cards. The Marketplace/store uses international authentication services Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your card statement and forwards the card payment you make directly to the merchant. Card payments are processed securely on a protected payment form, and card information is not stored in the online store’s systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, and Siirto are app-based services that allow You to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or a card payment from Your card by approving the payment in the respective app.
With Pivo, Siirto payments are also supported, meaning you can approve the payment in any app that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service on Apple devices that allows payments from a payment card linked to the device.
Invoice and Installment Services
Invoice and installment payment services through Paytrail are offered by OP, Walley, and Jousto. Walley also offers invoice and installment options for business customers.
Please read the specific terms and conditions of the financing company, which You will see when approving the payment. By approving the payment, you also accept the financing company’s terms.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Time
Products rented via the www.snowmobilerent.com/www.varaakelkka.fi website/Marketplace do not have a fixed delivery time. The snowmobile usage period you selected from the calendar indicates the time the snowmobile is available for use. Please carefully check the start and end times before and after placing your order.
Delivery options and costs:
Rentals made via the www.snowmobilerent.com/www.varaakelkka.fi website/Marketplace are generally to be picked up by the customer at the address specified by the lessor. You may also agree with the lessor to have the snowmobile delivered to a location of your choice. If extra costs arise from the delivery, the lessor and renter will agree between themselves on who pays.
Cancellation policy:
If you want to cancel your online purchase, you must notify www.snowmobilerent.com / www.varaakelkka.fi customer service () and the lessor from whom you rented the snowmobile clearly within 14 days from receiving the goods or concluding the agreement. You do not need to provide reasons for exercising your right of cancellation.
Each notice also includes a cancellation right specific to the snowmobile; please review this before confirming the rental. We follow the guidelines issued by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) regarding cancellation and return terms in our online store. If you cancel your reservation according to the instructions, you may be entitled to a refund. If the criteria are met and the payment is refunded, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order. In refund cases, a fee of €0.50 will be charged for the refund.
